Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at hello@covevaca.com. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for completing the return. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order once your approved return has been received.

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
